receives requisitions for recruitment from any department of the company. In
this step we have to identify the hiring needs.

which recruiter have to write job description and job specification carefully.
3. In the third step identifying the right talent, attracting
them and motivating them to apply are the most important aspects of the
recruitment process.
4. This step includes screening and shortlisting. In order to
move forward with the recruitment process, you need to screen and shortlist
applicants efficiently and accurately. This is where the recruitment process
gets difficult and challenging.
5. This step involves identify the best candidate. Now you
have successfully completed the screening process, you will be able to clearly
identify 5-10 candidate to add to your shortlist.
6. This step conduct interview for the employees. In this
step make sure you prepare thoroughly for the
interview process – you need to know what you will ask and you also what you
want them to say.
7. Choose your preferred
candidate and then check their references before calling to make an offer. When
referencing you will need to contact the candidate’s professional references.
8. Hopefully, the candidate signs
the offer document and accepts the role – this now means they are now hired as
an employee.
9. The work doesn’t finish now you’ve hired the
newest member of your company. In fact, this could be the most important stage.
Now your employee has completed the hiring step, you will need to initiate on
