progress in a country depends primarily on the skills, attitudes, and abilities
of its human resources. Industries are an important part of a nation. Human
resource and their management plays a vital role in the development of a
nation. It has become significant due to the growing expectations of society
from employers.

They must have cooperative attitude towards each other. To create a teamwork,
good labour management relations and conflict, free relationship among them,
the principle of co-partnership should be accepted. The work policy should be
based on mutual cooperation and reciprocal understanding.
4. Principle of Selection: This principle states that the employees should be
selected through proper tests and screening. The scientific analysis of the
traits and abilities of the candidate must be made. His entire personality must
be judged.

mental well-being of the individual. He should maintain the cooperative
attitude, willingness to strive for the organisational goals, feelings of
togetherness, and such mental factors as zeal, spirit, hope, confidence, etc.
among his employees.
6. Principle of Adequate Prize: Fair and adequate reward is a primary consideration for an
employee. To attract capable employees to the organisation, they must be
offered fair and equitable wages. Reward must motivate and encourage. It must
meet the expectations of those carrying out the work. If the employee is fairly
rewarded, he takes interest in his work and brings better result.
